Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking details.

Standard shipping : 2-6 business days.

Express shipping: 1-3 business days.

International: Please allow 4-9 business days.

Enjoy free standard shipping when you spend over $70 AUD and free express shipping when you spend over $150 AUD (AUS wide only).

For international orders, your country may charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes once your package arrives. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility to cover these costs. As these charges do vary from country to country, we are not able to provide you with estimated costs of these fees.

If customer refuses delivery or fails to pay import fees, the package will either be returned or destroyed, and they will not be eligible for a refund for their order.

Sometimes delays can happen due to customs, weather, peak periods or carrier issues.  We thank you for your patience as we work on getting your package delivered safely to you. 

We recommend carefully filling out your shipping details as orders provided with the wrong address and have been delivered, cannot be reimbursed. We understand mistakes happen, so if you’ve entered the wrong address please let us know as soon as possible and if it hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.

Note that we are not responsible for any stolen packages, and any delays during transit are unfortunately beyond our control.
