Return Policy

We want you to love your new phone case! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Of course you can! You have 21 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

    To be eligible, the item must be:

    • unused

    • in original condition

    • in original packaging

    A Burst Of reserves the right to reject any return that has been returned and does not follow these requirements.

  • Each case is carefully inspected and packaged before it makes its way to you! However, we are human and in the case we missed something, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out as soon as possible with a replacement or a refund at no additional cost. Photo evidence may be required for a smooth and easy process!

  • If you simply changed your mind, you are welcome to send the item back for a refund or exchange, ensuring it’s within the 21-day return period. However, please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Personalised or custom cases

    • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

    • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Please send us an email at info@aburstof.com with your order number and what you’d like to return/reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions within 1–2 business days.

  • Once we’ve received and inspected the items, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
